The Problem: Commercial client reported repeated blockages on staff toilets. On completion of the clearance works, a CCTV survey was recommended and actioned and the cause of the blockages was traced to a failed connection on underground drainage pipework between the property to the manhole.

The Course of Action: Engineers to excavate and repair fault.

Work Undertaken: Attended the site and traced the exact location of the fault. The defective section of pipework was excavated, exposed, removed and replaced with new 100mm UPVC pipework and relevant couplings. The flow was then tested and backfilled/re-instated the excavation

The Outcome: Blockages ceased and toilets are now 100% working.
